McGuire-Nicholas 3 Piece Adjustable Belt

I work as a handyman doing construction and electrical. With a bad back (disabled) I use this for its back support, I also have padded suspenders to go with it. I like the buckles on the front. Being a smaller framed build (32 waist)I like the adjustability of the belt. Unfortunately, when adjusted to my size the suspender loops are under my arms instead of in front. Also the front loops are to close together and I am unable to fully tighten the belt(size 31 would be great), with a coat on it is great. The holes in the leather could use some grommets to protect them, but overall I like the belt and would definately buy it again.
