Magnum® for as long as the original purchaser owns the product
Traxx® and TR-Series for 7 years
ProMaxx, Pro Series, Tool Room Series, Specialty products, workbenches for 5 years
Shop Series, portables and all other products for home use for 1 year.

If any product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during normal use within the applicable warranty period, your exclusive remedy is replacement of the defective product or parts. This warranty does not cover products that are damaged through any misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, modification or mishandling. Waterloo Industries, Inc. will not be responsible for any losses, injuries or costs of any nature, including indirect, incidental or consequential damages relating to this product, including transportation charges. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase so that we can help you. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value. Customized orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness.
