For the cost, and the fact that to ship this all the way to the east coast from California was $20.00 - unbelievable value. Certainly, this is not a professional garage quality tool chest but I will say this, for [$] this is beyond a good bargin. I can't imagine how it can be sold this inexpensively. The quality is excellent given the cost. The only reason I did not give it a maximum rating was due to a few shortcomings - it's a little "tinny" (not overly "heavy duty"), the drawers are a bit stiff, but they are all lined (another plus), and the rolling action leaves a bit to be desired. STILL for personal home use this is an extrodinary value. And no tax! Yikes! BTW - the product arrived in two well crafted and well packaged boxes - no damage.

I have not been able to match the quality of this box at this price. You can buy larger boxes at HD for the same money, but they have crude construction and don't appear they would last. The only bad is the drawers have to be pushed hard when closing to engage the lock and this disturbs the organization in them.

It's a great product for the money.

I hear horror stories about tools arriving damaged, so I was impressed by how well these tool cabinets were packed. Styrofoam was used on all sides to cushion the cabinets. The cardboard boxes were extra heavy duty and they were reinforced at the corners with the strongest cardboard I have ever seen.

When I purchased the cabinets I was not aware that a 10% coupon was available. When I notified Hayneedle about the coupon, they took an extra 10% off the price without a hassle. Great product, great seller.
